Sensory-Friendly Concert at the Mondavi Center-Davis-FREE-(ages 8+)-RSVP required

Free Sensory Friendly concert on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 4:00pm. The
45 minute concert will feature a performance by an ensemble of four
vocalists from Curtis Opera Theatre, part of the Curtis Institute of Music
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They will be performing a selection of operatic favorites—arias, duets and
ensemble pieces—as well as gems from the Great American Songbook and
Brahms’ Liebeslieder Waltzes. The concert takes place in Jackson Hall, the
Mondavi Center’s main concert hall. The artists will be available to talk
with after the performance.
We think the performance is best for ages eight and up. Feel free to bring
fidget toys and headphones to the concert and we will have a Quiet Area in
case anyone needs to take a break from the concert. Siblings are welcome!!
Parking is available in the Gateway parking structure opposite the Mondavi
Center on the UCD campus, but be aware that a $9 parking permit will need
to be purchased by credit card at a permit kiosk when you arrive.
Attendance is free, but we do ask that you RSVP to Arts Education
