Picnic Day is one of UC Davis’ most\nrevered traditions and serves as the university’s annual Open House for\nprospective and current students\, families\, alumni\, staff\, faculty\, and the\ngreater Davis and regional communities. \nPicnic Day begins with the parade opening ceremony at 9:30 am\, and the\nparade begins at 10:00 am.Most events hosted by Picnic Day run from 10:00\nam to 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm.
